What You Need to Bring:
- Valid AK Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Type C Certification (required)
- Preferably AK-Certified status
- Experience delivering OT services in school settings
- Comfort with onsite, in-person work only (no virtual/remote services)
- Ability to effectively manage and document approximately 1000 minutes of direct student contact weekly
- Strong organization and communication abilities
- Collaborative approach to working with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Your Daily Impact Will Include:
- Delivering comprehensive occupational therapy services to a diverse student caseload
- Conducting assessments, planning interventions, and tracking student progress
- Developing and implementing strategies that support educational participation and independence
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing OT expertise to student support plans
- Maintaining accurate records and compliance with state and district guidelines
- Working with up to 37.5 paid hours per week throughout the new school year
