School Occupational Therapist - Jacksonville, Arkansas

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for an Occupational Therapist to provide services within a school setting, supporting children ages 3 to 5 during the 2026-2027 academic year (September through June). The position is based in the Woodruff area near Jacksonville, Arkansas, covering four school locations conveniently located within a 15-minute drive of each other. Onsite availability is preferred to best serve the student population.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to preschool-aged children (3-5 years old)
• Work collaboratively with educators and support staff across multiple school sites
• Conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, and implement interventions tailored to each childs needs
• Communicate progress effectively with families and school personnel
• Travel between four nearby school locations as needed

Desired Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with experience in a school or early childhood setting
• Knowledge of school-based therapy models and IDEA regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with children, families, and educators
• Ability to manage caseload across multiple locations efficiently
• Flexibility to work 24 hours per week, with potential availability up to 40 hours
