This opportunity is for an Occupational Therapist to provide services within a school setting, supporting children ages 3 to 5 during the 2026-2027 academic year (September through June). The position is based in the Woodruff area near Jacksonville, Arkansas, covering four school locations conveniently located within a 15-minute drive of each other. Onsite availability is preferred to best serve the student population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to preschool-aged children (3-5 years old)
- Work collaboratively with educators and support staff across multiple school sites
- Conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, and implement interventions tailored to each childs needs
- Communicate progress effectively with families and school personnel
- Travel between four nearby school locations as needed
Desired Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with experience in a school or early childhood setting
- Knowledge of school-based therapy models and IDEA regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with children, families, and educators
- Ability to manage caseload across multiple locations efficiently
