A rewarding opportunity exists for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 support for a 2nd grade student exhibiting significant behavioral challenges at an elementary school setting in Everett, WA. This full-time contract position spans an academic calendar school year, beginning as soon as possible through June 16, 2026.
Responsibilities include delivering individualized behavioral interventions under the close supervision and training of a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Working hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The role requires implementing behavior plans, documenting progress, and collaborating with educational staff to promote the student's success.
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required
- Ability to complete OSPI fingerprinting clearance
- Experience providing 1:1 behavioral support in school settings preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to supporting positive student outcomes
