Two distinct opportunities are available for this summer:
- Extended School Year (ESY): Provide vital PT services in-person, four days a week from June 29th to July 30th. A professional development session will take place on June 25th. Most schedules are consistent with last year, featuring hours from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm in special education settings or 8:00 am to 2:00 pm in general education environments. Work up to 6 hours daily, totaling 24 hours per week.
- Infants and Toddlers Services/Assessments: Engage with the youngest learners, servicing children from June 22nd to July 30th. This assignment also follows a Monday-Thursday schedule—no Fridays required—for up to 7 hours per day, reaching 28 hours per week.
Desired experience and qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong background in pediatric or school-based therapy
- Previous experience with ESY or early childhood intervention (preferred)
- Commitment to providing quality, collaborative care
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
