This contract position is available immediately and runs through June 2027, with an extended school year (ESY) option following the core school year. The assignment is full-time, 35 hours per week, supporting a diverse K-12 caseload.

As a hands-on BCBA, your expertise will help implement evidence-based interventions, develop behavioral plans, and collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff to enhance student outcomes. Your experience in school environments will be key to navigating multidisciplinary teams and providing effective, compassionate support to students.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Proven experience working in school settings (K-12), preferably in a consultative and hands-on capacity
• Expertise in developing, implementing, and assessing individualized behavior intervention plans
• Ability to train, support, and collaborate with faculty, paraprofessionals, and parents
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for fostering student growth and supporting educational teams

Responsibilities:

• Assess student needs and design individualized interventions to promote behavioral and academic success
• Provide ongoing support for staff implementing behavioral strategies
• Collaborate with school personnel and families to monitor progress and adjust plans
• Collect and analyze data to inform and refine intervention strategies
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and professional development as required
