We're currently hiring General Education Middle & High School Teachers in the Montgomery, Alabama area for the 2026–2027 school year.

What You'll Do
- Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based instruction for middle or high school students
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes academic success
- Assess student progress and provide timely feedback
- Collaborate with fellow educators, administrators, and families to support student achievement
- Maintain accurate records and actively participate in school initiatives and professional development

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or a related field
- Active Alabama teaching certificate (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Middle or High School teaching certification in the appropriate subject area
- Previous classroom experience preferred, but qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply
