BlazeHaus is a growing, premium hemp dispensary based in Charlotte, NC, focused on delivering high-quality, federally compliant THCa and hemp-derived products to our customers. As we continue to expand, we are seeking passionate, reliable, and knowledgeable Sales Associates (Budtenders) to join our team.

This role goes beyond basic retail — you’ll be expected to maintain a clean and compliant retail environment, guide customers through our product selection, and follow all company standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales, handling, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring a welcoming experience.
• Assist customers in selecting hemp-derived products that meet their preferences and needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on THCa, cannabinoids, strain differences, and product formats (flower, prerolls, edibles, etc.).
• Educate customers on effects, compliance, and safe use of products — without making medical claims.
• Operate the POS system accurately for sales, returns, and discounts.
• Adhere strictly to BlazeHaus SOPs, including ID checks, age verification, and packaging protocols.
• Restock products and maintain clean, organized displays and sales counters.
• Follow all safety, security, and compliance procedures while on shift.
• Report discrepancies, incidents, or compliance concerns to management immediately.
• Work as part of a team to meet store goals and uphold BlazeHaus standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service required; experience in cannabis/hemp/vape is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with THCa, hemp, or cannabis products preferred but not required — training provided.
• Ability to follow SOPs precisely and consistently; attention to compliance is critical.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid ID.
• Open availability, including evenings and weekends, is preferred.
