- Assist customers with product demos, answering questions about merchandise, and upselling items to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure products are attractive and accessible
- Stock shelves efficiently, manage inventory levels, and assist with product replenishment throughout the store
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely
- Support the team by supervising sales floor activities when needed, ensuring safety protocols are followed
Experience
- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities, to connect effectively with diverse customers
