We're looking for Part-Time Servers at our all you can eat (AYCE) Korean BBQ & Hotpot restaurant. You will be the friendly face that welcomes guests, takes orders, and ensures every visit exceeds expectations. You will also provide an engaging dining experience by assisting guests with menu selections, explaining cooking techniques, and ensuring exceptional service throughout their visit.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such through chowbus
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation
- Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, including dietary options and specials, to answer guest questions confidently
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior host/hostess or bussing experience is a plus but not required; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential
Payment:
- Base pay of $2.13 per hour
- Earn additional income through cash and credit card tips
- 3% of credit card tips are distributed to bussers
- Tip-out is calculated and distributed weekly
Pay: From $2.13 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
