- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders, handle cash transactions, and manage sales efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders with enthusiasm, upselling menu items, and addressing customer inquiries professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, dining area, and food handling stations
- Assist with food safety procedures including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices
- Support food preparation tasks such as bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring a clean work environment
- Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times for guests
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Strong skills in food preparation, cashiering, and customer service are essential
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management
