Blaze is currently hiring for a Personal Banker at our St. Paul Branch. At Blaze we focus on people, not profits. Blaze is currently offering a bonus for DNA experience for $5,500 paid over a 2 year period, and $2,000 for Non-DNA experience paid over a 1 year period for all branch and member experience center positions.
Requirements
What You Will Do:
- Educate members on how to optimize Blaze's services to meet their individual needs
- Perform duties and responsibilities with regard to opening and processing changes on the following account types: Savings, Checking, Certificate, Retirement, Legal and Business Accounts
- Oversee consumer loan process following approved guidelines
- Create meaningful relationships via excellent service and face to face interaction
- Support your team by taking initiative to meet Blaze's growth objectives

Who are You:
- You are passionate about helping others, member centric, and goal driven
- You have an understanding of account opening, lending, and other financial products
- You are comfortable having conversations and making recommendations

- You work well with others, even when things don't go as planned
- You enjoy a fast paced environment and can multi-task
- You have at minimum 1-3 years' experience working in a financial institution or equivalent (required)
- You have a High School degree or GED or equivalent (required)

The salary range for this position is: $23.81-$28.00/hour. This range reflects the base salary for this position. We have other benefits associated with this position which include: low-cost medical (as low as $20 a paycheck), dental insurance, vision insurance, quarterly bonuses, generous vacation and sick time hours, paid leave options, up to 6% 401k contribution, and tuition reimbursement.
