Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Support banquet services by setting up and breaking down event spaces as needed.
- Buss tables and assist with serving food to guests when required.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Follow all safety procedures related to food handling and kitchen equipment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, including cooking techniques, TOAST POS, and food preparation methods.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Experience in banquet services or hotel kitchens is a plus.
