Projects typically range from 500K to 15M covering ground up builds, renovations, and fast paced TI work. The firm is recognised for reliable delivery, strong communication, and repeat client partnerships.
🚧 What You Will Lead
- Full project ownership from bid through closeout
- Budgeting, schedule development, procurement, and scope definition
- Client communication and expectation management
- Jobsite visits, quality reviews, and safety oversight
- Change order management, pay app reviews, and RedTeam documentation
- Punchlist coordination and final turnover
📌 What You Bring
- Five to ten years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
- Strong scheduling and budget management capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects with disciplined organisation
- Confident communication with clients, design teams, and field personnel
- Experience with RedTeam or equivalent construction management software
