Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in interior renovation and tenant improvement (TI) projects, specifically in high-rise buildings. This role is based in the Dallas area and will focus on managing mid- to large-scale commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Senior Project Manager in all phases of project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and on-site coordination.
- Assist in the delivery of tenant improvement (TI) and interior renovation projects in occupied and non-occupied high-rise environments.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Uphold and promote strict jobsite safety protocols in accordance with company standards.
- Participate in quality control processes to ensure work meets required construction standards and client expectations.
- Track project costs and schedules, preparing regular updates and documentation for the Senior Project Manager.
- Help guide junior team members and contribute to a collaborative and positive project team environment.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
- Strong track record in interior renovation and TI projects within high-rise buildings.
- Experience overseeing mid- to large-scale projects (ideally $10M and above).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with construction management platforms (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
