As our Service HVAC Supervisor, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the HVAC Service team, provide technical guidance and coaching, support customer relationships, and work closely with leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service. This role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on both your team and our customers.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and support the daily operations of the HVAC Service team
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance to technicians
- Coach, mentor, and develop HVAC technicians and apprentices
- Conduct jobsite visits, quality inspections, and performance coaching
- Coordinate with dispatch, project managers, and service coordinators to ensure exceptional customer service
- Support workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, and technician development
- Promote safety, quality workmanship, and continuous improvement throughout the department
What We're Looking For:
- Extensive commercial HVAC experience with strong technical knowledge
- Proven leadership, coaching, and team development experience
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience reading plans, drawings, and specifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, mobile technology, and web-based systems
- Virginia and/or West Virginia Master Tradesman licenses preferred
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Typical schedule averages 42–45 hours per week
- Additional hours, weekends, travel, and after-hours support may be required
- Paid weekly every Thursday
Pay:
- Competitive salary based on experience: $37- $45

Selection Requirements:
- Possessing a valid, non-expired state-issued driver's license
- Passing a driving records check (as determined by our insurer)
- Passing a criminal history check

Salary : $76,000 - $93,000
