In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced crew members in the field, gaining hands-on experience in traditional excavation as well as modern trenchless repair methods, including pipe lining and point repairs. What You’ll Do

As part of the digging crew, you’ll assist with a variety of excavation, site preparation, and trenchless repair tasks, including:

• Work under the direction of an experienced crew member to learn excavation, trenching, and trenchless repair techniques

• Meet with the crew daily to review the plan and jobsite expectations

• Participate in jobsite safety meetings and follow all safety procedures

• Gather tools, equipment, and materials needed for daily work

• Assist with digging, trenching, debris removal, and jobsite restoration

• Support trenchless pipe lining and point repair work, including setup, material handling, and cleanup

• Help mark boundaries, set up safety barriers, and maintain a clean, organized jobsite

• Follow proper methods for trenching, excavation, and trenchless repairs in accordance with project specifications and code requirements

• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and help ensure a safe work environment

Education & Experience

• High school diploma, GED, or trade school preferred

• Prior construction, plumbing, or trade experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule

• Full-time position

• Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts

• Overtime and weekend work may be available based on project needs
