As a Sr. GIS Analyst, you’ll leverage Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to deliver advanced geospatial support across the organization. You’ll lead high-level GIS and data management tasks, including geospatial database maintenance, workflow automation, model building, map and dashboard configuration, field data collection setup, data analysis, and web map application development. You’ll also provide training and guidance to ensure teams effectively use GIS tools and insights.

STEP INTO THE ROLE
- Supports the ArcGIS Enterprise platform including geodatabase management, loading data, creating complex maps and enterprise content.
- Configures, publishes, documents, and maintains GIS content and tools (e.g. Experience Builder, Field Maps, Dashboards) using best practices and current technology.
- Collaborates with GIS team on planning, strategy, and scheduling GIS enterprise initiatives and aligning with industry best practices in the industry.
- Upholds high quality standards and a keen eye for QA/QC of data and products including testing new features and pilot projects.
- Curates GIS data across projects and sources for the organization.
- Supports GIS Manager and GIS Solution Architect in gathering requirements and evaluating GIS solutions.
- Travel up to 20% will be required.
- Four-year degree in Information Technology, Geographical Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent combinations of related education and experience required.
- 7 or more years of progressive, related Geographical Information Systems experience required. Experience should also include operating geographic information systems at an enterprise level with an enterprise geodatabase, experience configuring web applications, publishing content, creating groups and performing complex analytical assignments to meet broad scale business, information, using decision-support requirements.
- Hands-on experience with field mobilization or construction environments.
