- Managing teams of self-perform crews and any subcontractors that may be assisting
- Tracking and controlling the costs and schedule of the project at the field level
- Responsible for overall safety of personnel within the scope of work
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues within the field in a timely manner
- Providing regular coaching and feedback to Assistant Superintendents and Forepersons
- Self-perform Substation/Collection/Transmission construction experience up to 345kV
- Two or more years managing medium-voltage (MV) distribution systems on large-scale mission-critical projects, data centers, commercial, or industrial facilities
- 5 years’ experience supervising self-perform construction crews
- Progressive view on both safety practices and program implementation
- Ability to review the bid package for accuracy, completion, and electrical scope
- Able to pass an MVR Check, Background Check, Physical, and Drug Test
- Willingness to Travel and relocate to the jobsite (100% travel with rotations)
- Previous hands-on experience managing Data Center construction sites
- Management overseeing substation subcontractors
- Experience coordinating with transmission operators and grid ISO’s
- Proficiency in areas such as T-Line, inter-connect systems, switchgear installations, and HV collection/distribution systems
- Electrical Licenses (Journeyman, Master, etc.)
- Four-year degree in a construction or engineering related field

Salary : $122,385 - $177,458
