Blaszkow Legal, PLLC, an established litigation firm in Alexandria west end, is seeking an aggressive, energetic candidate to join our practice as an Associate Attorney.   Become part of our team protecting the rights of personal injury and insurance claimants.  The position involves exposure to the full gamut of personal injury and insurance claims, as well as other civil litigation. 

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in circuit and general district court proceedings
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions
• Negotiate settlements for clients
• Administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

​​Qualifications:

• Virginia bar admission required
• Familiarity with civil procedure 
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
