The Role
The Marketing Communications Specialist is responsible for developing and executing clear, compelling messaging across product campaigns, sales materials, and digital channels.
This role works closely with the Creative Director and Marketing Manager to bring campaigns to life – ensuring consistent messaging, strong content, and alignment with sales priorities. You will play a key role in shaping how products and solutions are communicated to the market.
This is an ideal role for someone who combines strong writing skills with strategic thinking and enjoys owning content from concept through to execution.
Content & Communications
- Develop high-quality written content including campaign messaging, and promotional copy
- Plan and develop campaign briefs including objectives, target audience, key messaging, and channels
- Coordinate and execute product campaigns and product launches across multiple channels
- Coordinate development of campaign materials with Graphic Designer including social media, emails, flyers, brochures, and website updates
- Write, update, and manage website content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with campaign messaging
- Create case studies and customer testimonials
- Create and schedule social media content across key platforms
- Monitoring and assignment of marketing support requests
- Ensure all content reflects brand voice and positioning
Marketing & Sales Alignment
- Own and prepare marketing meeting agendas, updates, and discussion points for internal sales and business teams
- Ensure clear communication of campaign priorities, messaging, and updates across the business
- Support alignment between marketing and sales teams
- Operate within defined Marketing budgets
CRM & Performance Tracking
- Create and schedule customer emails in Account Engagement
- Maintain and manage Salesforce data integrity
- Develop post-campaign reports including ROI analysis, insights, and recommendations
Required Skills/Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of Marketing / Communications Experience
- Experience with departmental leadership preferred
- Proven experience in managing key different segments of marketing departments and principles
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Exquisite communication and people skills
- Experience with creation of social media plans and campaigns
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Business, or
relevant field is preferred
- Must have EXCELLENT creative, written, and verbal skills.
- Must have and exude and extremely high level of task / project ownership
- Must be able to demonstrate leadership and management abilities to effectively collaborate with a diverse and global team of 5-10 people.
- Must be able to demonstrate excellent organizational & critical thinking skills
- Must have a high sense of urgency
- Must have a strong commercial / sales / marketing sense / business acumen
- Must be able to demonstrate ability to effectively communicate at all levels
- Must be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Must be socially skilled
- Must be able to demonstrate excellent task and time management skills
- Must have excellent proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Remote Meeting Technology Experience (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Skype, WebEx)
- Proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Formal Marketing, Salesforce Training preferred
- Working from open plan office, /- 2 days per week work from home acceptable if approved by leadership
- Standard Work week M-F 8:00AM to 5:00PM
- Regular US / Canadian Travel required
- US Passport Holder
