The Role
- Execute customer service tasks for the sales team relating to the: enter quotes, enter orders, follow up quotes, order products, chase vendors, arrange freight, follow up freight, etc.
- Answer every call within 3 rings – be the happy person on the phone our customers get to work with!
- Proactively telephone customers regarding orders, quotes, inquiries where needed
- Report and follow up regarding sales team metrics
- Prepare written quotes
- Coordinate and oversee the completion of special projects as needed
- Other duties as needed
Required Skills/Qualifications
- Solve problems without stress – cool head
- Love to work in an office environment
- Excellent phone sales skills
- Passionate about fanatical customer service
- You love getting things organized
- Solid grasp of basic computer systems - Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel
- Excellent attention to detail. The detail matters! If we can't get the small things right, we'll never hope to get the big things right!
- Brilliant task and time management skills. You always complete your assigned tasks on time, every time!
- You have a passionate hatred for messy offices and disorganized desks
- Demonstrated min 2 years customer service experience
- Willingness to take on other people’s problems
- Experience in using salesforce.com CRM system
- Experience in using NetSuite ERP system
