Blast Swim Academy is opening a brand-new location in Frisco (Coit Rd) and we’re hiring both Trainee Swim Instructors and Experienced Swim Instructors to join our growing team!

Positions Available

Trainee Swim Instructor

Perfect for:

• No formal swim teaching experience required

We provide full training.

Requirements:

• Strong swimming ability
• Energetic, positive personality
• Comfortable working with young children
• Reliable and punctual

Experienced Swim Instructor

Ideal for:

• Current or former swim teachers
• Lifeguards
• Competitive swimming background
• Previous swim school experience

Preferred:

• CPR / First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience teaching learn-to-swim levels
• Strong communication skills with parent
