Overview Report to the Electrical Lead and play a hands-on role in assembling and wiring industrial control panels. You’ll partner closely with a lead panel builder to translate schematics into clean, accurate builds that meet project timelines. A day in the role Start with a safety-first mindset before every task.Review electrical schematics and component documentation with the lead panel builder to plan the day’s build.Wire control panels precisely to drawings, checking labels, routing, and terminations for accuracy.Collaborate continuously with the Electrical Lead to keep work on schedule and resolve questions quickly.Verify each panel against schematics to ensure correctness and quality.Maintain, clean, and organize hand tools, power tools, measuring tools, and your work area.Head to customer facilities when needed to assist with equipment installation and wiring; expect environments that can be hot, cold, or dirty.Complete assigned tasks accurately within the allotted timeline; take on other duties as needed.Actively support BCT’s Culture and Core Values. What you’ll bring Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documents.Skilled with common panel-building tools: hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.Organized, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple priorities.Basic computer proficiency.Knowledge of electrical wiring, panel building, and troubleshooting is a plus.
