Blase Trucking is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our growing office team. We are a family-owned cattle hauling company built on hard work, reliability, and strong relationships within the livestock and transportation industries.
This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. We are willing to provide on-the-job training for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Billing and invoicing
- Accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
- Data entry and record keeping
- Month-end accounting support
- Account reconciliations
- Compiling load information from drivers
- Communicating with drivers regarding paperwork and load details
- Assisting with daily office operations and administrative support
Qualifications
- Entry-level applicants encouraged to apply
- Some office or accounting experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel preferred
- Transportation, agriculture, or logistics experience is a plus
