Blarney Stone Wine & Spirits - Lincolnway is hiring a Stock & Cleaning Associate. This is primarily a stocking and store-upkeep role, keeping shelves full, the store clean, and product organized, with cashiering as part of the job when the register needs coverage.
Good fit if you like staying busy, take pride in a clean and well-organized store, and don't mind learning the register for the days you're needed up front.
What you'll do:
- Stock and face shelves - liquor, wine, and beer coolers
- Break down and put away vendor deliveries and warehouse transfers
- Keep the store clean - floors, coolers, shelving, front entrance, back room
- Check dates and rotate stock, flag anything low or out
- Run the register and help customers when scheduled on cashiering shifts
- Basic inventory tasks - counts, price tags, organizing back stock
What we're looking for:
- Reliable and on time - this is a physical, hands-on role
- Comfortable lifting cases (up to about 40 lbs) and on your feet for a shift
- Friendly and comfortable helping a customer at the register when needed
- Must be 21 or older (Indiana state requirement for handling alcohol sales)
- Prior retail, stocking, or cashier experience helpful but not required - we'll train
Full-time position. Exact days/hours to be discussed - flexibility is a plus.
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
