Job Title: Retail Delicatessen Supervisor
Blarney Castle Oil Co. is looking for a skilled retail delicatessen supervisor to oversee daily operations of our deli department.
This role requires strong leadership skills, with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and team success.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor deliveries and maintain quality standards in the deli department.
- Led a team of associates through mentorship and delegation.
- Ensure seamless customer experience by ordering pre-made dinners, fresh broasted or fried chicken, and fresh deli items.
- Build relationships with customers to learn their names and favorite items to purchase.
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Able to stand, bend, and reach; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
