The Role at a Glance
As a Fleet Warehouse Materials Expert, your responsibility is to ensure our service vehicles are stocked, consistent, and ready to perform so technicians can deliver WOW service without delays or disruptions.
You’re not just managing inventory-you’re protecting field execution.
What You’ll Do
- Schedule and complete regular fleet inventory counts
- Execute and maintain accurate count processes tied to service vehicles
- Ensure all new service vehicles meet stocking standards within one week of arrival
- Confirm truck stock items are defined and consistent across all fleet vehicles
- Complete vehicle replenishments to maintain readiness
- Identify and report inventory variances, shortages, or process gaps
- Support a clean, organized, and reliable fleet warehouse environment
This is a hands-on, detail-driven role where ownership and follow-through matter.
What It Takes
- 2 years of fleet inventory, warehouse, or materials management experience
- 1 year of experience working with inventory variances or discrepancies
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying conditions (heat, cold, tight spaces)
- Comfortable using basic computer systems and inventory tools
- A true Can Do attitude and willingness to grow with the team
