What You'll Do
As our receptionist, you will help ensure patients have an outstanding experience from the moment they walk through our doors until they leave.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting patients with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Answering phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Scheduling appointments and managing provider schedules
- Helping maintain the flow of patients throughout the day to keep appointments running on time
- Verifying insurance benefits and explaining coverage to patients
- Assisting patients with paperwork and check-in/check-out procedures
- Collecting payments
- Communicating with insurance companies regarding patient benefits and eligibility
- Assisting the clinical team with daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Helping create a positive, upbeat atmosphere for both patients and coworkers

- Experience with scheduling software and multi-line phone systems preferred
