We are a Miami-based creative team working with clients across beauty, fashion, wellness, hospitality, lifestyle, real estate, and personal branding. We handle everything from social strategy to content creation, branding, and full social media management.

About the Role
This is a starting position where you will begin by managing 4–5 client accounts. As we continue to take on more projects, there will be clear opportunities for you to advance, take on more responsibility, and grow within the company. We believe in building a team where everyone develops together.
We are looking for someone with experience in social media management, graphic design, content creation, and short-form video editing. You should be comfortable working independently day-to-day, while also collaborating during content shoots and strategy discussions.
The role is primarily remote but does require 2–4 in-person content days per month in Miami.
Spanish-speaking is a strong plus, as many of our clients and audiences are bilingual.
Candidates must have their own computer for daily work and reliable transportation/car for travel to client locations and content shoots.
Responsibilities
- Manage 4–5 social media accounts, including posting schedules and content planning
- Create graphics, stories, and visually consistent branded content
- Edit reels and short-form videos (CapCut, Adobe tools, etc.)
- Participate in 2–4 in-person content days each month in Miami
- Assist with creative direction and support during shoots
- Maintain and organize content calendars
- Stay informed on trends to bring new ideas to each brand
- Ensure brand consistency across platforms
- Communicate effectively with the Miami team for approvals and updates
- Spanish-speaking is a plus

Required Skills
- Strong background in graphic design
- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Suite
- Video editing experience (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Experience with content creation and content days
- Familiarity with social media management and best practices
Work Setup
- Primarily remote
- Must be available for 2–4 content days per month in Miami
- Flexible schedule, deadline-driven
