Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Project Designer to join our team in a office/remote and on-site as needed capacity based in Miami, FL. The Project Designer will play a key role in creating construction drawings, developing space planning designs, and collaborating on architectural solutions, visiting site for preliminary design phase. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing design , preparing submittals, and coordination with the design team of the architect and engineers.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in creating Construction Drawings and crafting Submittals
- Experience in Space Planning and Architectural design
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Master of Architecture degree or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Proficiency in Rhinoceros or Revit and Adobe Suite
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- 1-3 years of professional work experience
- Spanish is a plus
