BWC is a dynamic, active law office that also recognizes quality of life for Associates, seeking a full time Associate to start right away on Labor & Employment matters, employment civil rights, local government law and various litigation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the legal system and be ready to learn and work. Experience in a variety of legal areas is a plus but not necessary. The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running, analyze complex legal issues, draft legal documents, and provide sound advice to clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney or a new bar member to join a growing firm and work on a variety of interesting cases. Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:
- Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Advise clients on legal matters.
- Represent clients in court proceedings.
- Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel.
- Provide advice on legal issues.
- Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and legal case management practices.
- Excellent legal research skills, particularly in statutory law and employment law.
- Proficient in legal writing with the ability to produce clear, concise, and persuasive documents.
- Effective communication skills for client interaction and teamwork within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop strategic solutions.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Familiarity with employment law principles and relevant statutes is highly desirable.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
