Well Bland Trucking Company is seeking energetic and dependable Movers/Delivery Persons to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting, loading, and unloading goods, ensuring timely deliveries, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
- Safely load, unload, and transport items using various manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Assist with warehouse operations by organizing inventory, preparing shipments, and managing stock movement.
- Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles, ensuring proper weight handling in the workplace with safe lifting practices.
- Communicate professionally with customers during delivery appointments, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries using mobile devices or other digital tools, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivery driving or moving services with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely; familiarity with safe lifting practices is essential.
- Warehouse experience including material handling equipment operation such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar tools is highly desirable.
- Experience with manual transmission vehicles is a plus; familiarity with route driving using mobile devices or GPS technology is beneficial.
- Strong physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
