● 10 years in BI roles, with leadership experience managing teams and complex BI

● Expertise in Microsoft Fabric and Azure Databricks
● Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL, semantic modeling, and data
warehousing
● Proficient in Power BI/Tableau and capable of building sophisticated dashboards
● Programming skills in SQL, Python, or R (desired)
● Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
● Experience with SAP or similar ERP analytics is a plus
● Exposure to AI/ML tools and predictive analytics integration
● Ability to juggle multiple projects in a dynamic environment
● Naturally curious and always learning—keeping pace with evolving BI tech
