Blanchardville Cooperative is seeking an organized, dependable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Office Associate. This position is an important part of our daily operations and helps provide excellent service to our members, customers, and community.

Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting customers and assisting them in person and over the phone
- Answering phones and directing calls
- Assisting with daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Maintaining customer records and office files
- Processing invoices, payments, and data entry
- Providing back-up support to other team members as needed
- Helping improve office efficiency and daily processes
Preferred Qualifications:
Preference will be given to candidates with experience, education, or knowledge in the areas of:
- Customer service
- Office procedures and practices
- Administrative support
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Agricultural or cooperative business environments
