Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Attorney at Blanchard Walker, based in Shreveport, LA. The Attorney will manage a range of legal responsibilities, including providing legal advice to clients, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in negotiations, mediation, and court proceedings, and offering expertise in specialized practice areas, as needed. Collaboration with colleagues and providing exceptional service to clients will be key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state of Louisiana
- Experience with oil and gas law, commercial litigation, general litigation, estate planning and probate or real estate law is a plus
