What are the responsibilities and job description for the House Cleaner position at Blanc Co Cleaning LLC?
Blanc Co is a residential cleaning company serving the Oklahoma City metro. Our clients have left us more than 100 five star reviews, and we are adding experienced house cleaners to keep up with demand. About the work: You clean homes for our clients across Oklahoma City, Edmond, Norman, Moore, Yukon, Mustang and nearby cities. The work is recurring cleans, deep cleans, and move in and move out cleans. Most jobs take between two and six hours. We book the clients, set the scope and handle all client communication, so your time goes to the cleaning itself. What you will do: Clean each home to our written 49 Point Standard. Take before and after photos of every job. Arrive on time, and check in with the office when you arrive and when you finish. Tell the office right away about anything damaged or outside the scope. Leave every home ready for the client to walk through. What we need from you: At least 1 year of paid cleaning experience. A valid driver's license and your own reliable vehicle. A smartphone with data for job details, photos and messages. A clear background check before your first job. Pay and schedule: This is 1099 independent contractor work. You are paid per job, not per hour, and pay goes out weekly after your first two weeks. You tell us the days you want to work and accept the jobs that fit. We clean seven days a week, weekends included. You are not required to buy your own cleaning products. How hiring works: Apply here on Indeed and answer the short questions. If your experience fits, we set up a short phone interview. The next step is a paid trial clean alongside one of our leads, and your first jobs are supervised the same way. After your background check and paperwork, you are added to the schedule.
