Job Summary

Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste as needed
- Assist with food preparation tasks as required, including cutting vegetables and assembling ingredients
- Support the culinary team during busy service periods by bussing tables and ensuring timely delivery of clean dishes
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow in the kitchen
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Familiarity with food service operations.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and food handling practices
- Culinary experience or training is beneficial but not required
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude
