Our client is seeking an exceptional IT Solutions Engineer to partner with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to design technical solutions to better enable the organization. This will range all the way from troubleshooting operationaltechnical issues to implementing improved internal controls and processes, including defining the IT strategy for the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities would include the following :
- Leading the design and implementation of complex technical projects and initiatives that have companywide scope
- Partnering with the CTO to address technical challenges
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across a wide range of technologies and stake holder groups ranging from personal\consumer tech to enterprise grade solutions
- Ensuring the Company standards for confidentiality and security are being incorporated into IT solutions and services
- Helping to define future technology architecture and strategy for the Company
- Operating as a technical jack of all trades to help the Company achieve its goalsApply for this role if you are :

- Deep technical experience in designing, implementing, and operating a Microsoft based ecosystem including but not limited to the following : o Azure ADo Microsoft Exchangeo Microsoft Intuneo Microsoft Defendero Microsoft Purviewo SharePoint and OneDrive
- Knowledge and experience with the networks (physical and logical) and network troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Zero Trust architectures
- Salesforce administration and development experience preferred
- Okta or a similar platform experience is a plus
- 5 years of systems architecture experience
- Bachelor's and / or master's degree with a demonstrated track record of excellence in computer science or related technical field preferred
- Ability to travel internationally 1-2 times per year
2 days a week in Nowalk office, WFH the rest of the week.
