Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality technical support across Windows, macOS, and iOS platforms
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and market data issues promptly
• Manage user onboarding/offboarding, permissions, and account administration
• Support audio/visual systems and conferencing technologies (Zoom, Teams, Cisco)
• Assist with mobile device configuration and management via Intune or similar platforms
• Maintain and support virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) for secure remote access
• Utilize IT Service Management (ITSM) tools to log, track, and resolve support requests
• Document solutions and maintain knowledge bases for recurring issues and procedures
• Identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvements
• Provide
after-hours and weekend on-call support as part of a rotation
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience, preferably in financial services
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and prioritization skills
• Experience supporting enterprise desktop environments (Windows 11, Office 365)
• Familiarity with identity and access management, user administration, and security groups
• Knowledge of endpoint management, software deployment, and packaging
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP)
• Experience with cloud collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Working knowledge of AV setups and remote conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom)
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail
• Comfortable providing high-touch support to traders, executives, and analysts
