What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Blake Property?
Local company with apartment communities located in the Monroe and West Monroe area in search of a full time Maintenance Technician to add to our team.
Required to do preventive maintenance.
Knowledge required in all general maintenance such as but not limited to electrical, plumbing issues.
HVAC Certified
Must be reliable and self- motivated.
Must have own transportation
Valid Driver’s license
Responsible for After hour emergency maintenance.
