Position Details
- Job Type: Full-time, 4 days per week
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts with alternating Fridays as an option
- Work Location: In person – Sun City Center, FL 33573
Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient checkout process efficiently and professionally
- Review treatment plans, balances, and payment collection
- Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate future care
- Communicate clearly with patients regarding account balances and services rendered
- Maintain accurate patient records in Dentrix
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to ensure smooth patient flow
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Dentrix experience in a dental practice (required)
- Proven experience in dental front desk and checkout operations
- Strong understanding of patient flow, scheduling coordination, and daily close-out procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
