Full-Time Customer Service Representative
Local Independent Insurance Agency seeking a reliable, friendly, eager to learn Customer Service Representative to join our office.
What you would do:
· Provide excellent service to clients over the phone and in person
· Handle policy questions, changes, billing inquiries, and claims support
· Multitask efficiently between calls, emails, and computer systems
· Build positive relationships with clients and carriers
What we’re looking for:
· Strong computer skills (comfortable with multiple systems and typing)
· Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
· Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented
· Previous experience is a plus but not required
· Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license (required eventually for full roll responsibilities) – we provide full training, materials, and cover the cost of licensing exams and fees
