What You’ll Do
- Perform repairs and maintenance according to dealership and manufacturer standards
- Diagnose and repair complex automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, brakes, and A/C
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Test-drive vehicles and verify repairs for quality and accuracy
- Communicate with Service Advisors to ensure customers are informed of recommended services
- Accurately estimate repair timelines and additional service needs
- Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of automotive technician experience
- ASE Certification required
- A-Level skills (diagnostics, electrical, engine repair)
- Strong understanding of modern vehicle technology
- Ability to operate diagnostic equipment and learn new systems quickly
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service
- Basic computer skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
