About the Role
This is a structured, 90-day paid training program designed to set you up for long-term success.
You’ll earn a salary with bonus potential while working under an experienced mentor who will teach you everything you need to know—from first customer contact to closing the deal.
During the program, you will:
- Learn our sales process from start to finish (in-person and phone interactions)
- Build product knowledge and customer relationship skills
- Gain hands-on experience with our systems and tools
- Complete factory training and pass the Expert Certification Test
By the end of the program, you’ll be fully equipped to step into a Sales Representative role.
What We’re Looking For
- No prior sales experience required
- Strong work ethic and consistent job history
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Organized with good time management skills
- Comfortable using basic computer systems (email, internet, CRM tools)
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Available to work Saturdays
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License
Requirements:
Must pass a pre-employment background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screening.
