Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships is looking for a Finance Assistant to join our growing team! 

*SCHEDULE INCLUDES SOME EVENING AND WEEKENDS, 5-DAY WORK WEEK* 

A Day in the Life of a Finance Assistant (but not limited to): 

• Assist sales staff and managers in preparing paperwork, contracts, etc. for customers. 

• Ensure every deal is fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines 

• Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position. 

• Accurately audit team deals post-sale and thoroughly analyze for improvements 

• Prepares state title work for submission to PA and prepare out of state paperwork for submission 

• Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts. 

• High School Diploma or Equivalent 

• Knowledge of dealership procedures is a plus, but not required 

• Excellent verbal/written communication skills 

• Attention to details and strong organizational skills 

• Must have valid driver’s license
