Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships are looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team!
A Day in the Life of an Automotive Service Advisor (but not limited to):

Greet customers and assist them with their service needs and questions

Obtain and update necessary vehicle and customer data
-
Perform vehicle walk-around and documentation of customer concerns to set up the technician to properly diagnose the vehicle and repairs
-
Establish a timeline of repair and keep the customer up to date on progress. Communicate with the customer via telephone, email, and/or text message.

Disclose additional work needed or recommended services and obtain customer signature for those repairs
-
Advise customer about the value of car maintenance and review future recommended services
-
Build relationship and rapport with the customer to maintain CSI rating
-
Schedule future maintenance appointments
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
-
10 Years experience as a service advisor, dealership experience preferred
-
Ability to communicate with customers and manage other tasks independently
-
Personable and friendly personality
-
HS Diploma or Equivalent
-
Valid Driver’s License
-
General knowledge of mechanical and service operations preferred
-
Reynolds and Reynolds or xTime experience is a plus
