Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships is looking for an Automotive Salesperson to join our growing team!
*There is no experience needed but it’s preferred for this position. We provide a training program for all unexperienced employees.
A Day in the Life of an Automotive Sales Consultant (but not limited to):

Approaching and talking to customers who enter the dealership lot
-
Listening and asking questions to determine the customer’s needs and wants in a vehicle
-
Provide knowledgeable information and demonstrate features of suitable inventory
-
Ensure the customer understands the paperwork, warranty, and vehicle’s
-
Closes sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales, negotiating prices, and completing sales and purchasing contracts

Cultivates buyers by maintaining rapport with current and previous customers
Qualifications include but are not limited to:

Valid Driver’s License

HS Diploma or Equivalent
-
Interpersonal skills and comfort with meeting new people daily.

Ability to contact customers, complete sales, and manage other tasks independently

Time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines

Excellent oral and written communication skills
