Job Summary
20-25 hours per week (4-5 hours per day). This position is hired by Monadnock Developmental Services and managed by the family.

Responsibilities
- Support medication administration and ensure care plans are followed precisely to meet individual needs
- Provide transportation assistance for appointments, community outings, or errands to foster independence and social engagement. Helping him attend his weekly activities.
- Document client progress, update care plans, and communicate effectively with team members, families, and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with an autism population is highly desirable
- Knowledge of neurodevelopmental disorders is a plus
- Strong patient observation skills with the ability to monitor vital signs and recognize changes in condition
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients, families, and team members effectively
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations ensures confidentiality of all client information
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are advantageous for client outings or home visits
