Sales Representative

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Sales Representative for Blairworx Solutions, you will generate leads through multiple avenues, with a major focus on Facebook Marketplace.

This is a commission-only remote 1099 role that requires strong communication for handling buyer inquiries, the ability to multitask and close deals independently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Listing Management: Photograph, price, and list items on Facebook Marketplace. We provide photos and details.

- Customer Engagement: Respond quickly to inquiries (Messenger and comments), answer questions in an upbeat manner, get all relevant information to close the deal.

- Sales Closing: Guide potential buyers through the purchasing process and finalize sales.

- Reporting: Track inventory, sales, and customer interactions (often via CRM or daily reporting)

-Collaboration: Working with Sales Director to ensure leads are followed up on, confirmed.

-Lead Management: Utilizing a CRM to input sales and schedule customers.

REQUIREMENTS

- Sales Experience Required

- Familiarity with Facebook Marketplace required, preferably with strong reviews and positive presence.

- Customer Service Experience: Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for negotiating and building rapport with buyers.

- Independence: Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule and sales pipeline.

- Tools: Access to a computer, reliable internet, and a smartphone.

COMPENSATION

100% Commission-Based. We pay weekly on every sale that is successfully delivered.

Part time work (10-20 hours a week) you can generate 1-2k a month, full time can earn closer to 4-5k a month.
