- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues across a variety of systems
- Perform advanced repairs on desktops, laptops, and related electronics
- Install and upgrade components (SSDs, HDDs, RAM, CPUs, etc.)
- Ensure accuracy through thorough testing and software validation
- Evaluate and improve cosmetic condition of devices
- Maintain efficiency while producing high-quality, consistent results
- Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and processes
- Proven experience in computer repair and hardware troubleshooting
- Strong working knowledge of desktops, laptops, and components
- Ability to handle both routine builds and complex repairs
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy
- Self-motivated and able to work efficiently in a production environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout the shift
- Must be able to pass a background check
